Return & Exchange Policy
At D’Hierarchy, we are committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. As our fragrances are personal-use products, all purchases are subject to the following Return and Exchange Policy.
Returns & Refunds
All products purchased from D’Hierarchy are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, preference, dissatisfaction with fragrance selection, or any reason other than circumstances explicitly covered under this policy.
Exchange Eligibility
Customers may request an exchange only in the following cases:

Receipt of a damaged product

Receipt of a defective product

Receipt of an incorrect product
All exchange requests are subject to inspection, verification, and approval by D’Hierarchy before eligibility is determined.
Submission of an exchange request does not guarantee approval.
Exchange Request Procedure
To initiate an exchange request, customers must contact D’Hierarchy within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue

A brief description of the concern
Additional information may be requested to facilitate the evaluation process.
Evaluation & Approval
Upon receipt of the request, our team will conduct an internal assessment to determine eligibility.
If the request is approved, D’Hierarchy will provide instructions regarding the exchange process.
D’Hierarchy reserves the right to reject exchange requests where:

The issue cannot be verified

The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Original packaging is unavailable

The request is raised beyond the specified reporting period

Supporting documentation is insufficient
Exchange Fulfilment
Approved exchanges will be processed only for the affected item and subject to product availability. In cases where the same product is unavailable, D’Hierarchy may offer an alternative resolution at its discretion.
